Welcome back to the second half of Spring term. We have lots of exciting learning taking place, the children will be learning about animals and using art to help them learn about animals and create their own clay sculptures of animals in Art. We will be learning about caring for the environment in Science, learning a well-known text in English and lots more!

For your information

• Homework will be sent out on Friday's
• Spelling tests for Y1/2 - Friday's
• New home work sent/checked - Friday's
• A reminder for your children to bring in P.E kits on Monday and take them home on Friday.
• Please read with your child at least 3 x per week and record this in their yellow reading record.

Maths KIRFS (Key instant recall facts)

• Reception - To know some number bonds to 10.
• Year 1 - To know number bonds to 20
• Year 2 - To know the multiplication and division facts for the 10 times table.

Please see attached our class newsletter, home learning ideas and KIRF parent information sheet for the half term. Your child will also be sent home with a paper copy of these documents.
