Would DT have helped traditional tale characters?

Welcome back to our first half of the summer term! We hope you all had a restful Easter holidays!

This half-term, class 1's topic is 'Would DT have helped traditional tale characters?'. We will be focussing on traditional tales in English such as, Goldilocks and the Three Bears and Little Red Riding Hood, as well as, constructing our own fairy tale houses in DT! Alongside this, we will be learning all about plants in Science and even growing our own plants!

• Homework will be sent out Thursdays
• Spelling tests for Y1: Thursdays
• A reminder for children to bring their PE kits in on a monday and then to be returned home on a Friday. 
• Please read with your child 3x weekly and record this in their reading records.
