Dear Parent,

 

If you would like your child to receive the nasal flu vaccine in school please follow this link to complete an online consent form. You may also complete a ‘non consent’ form if you do not wish for your child to receive the vaccination. Annual flu vaccinations are available this year to all students in year groups Reception up to Year 6.

 

 

 

The vaccinations will take place at your child’s school on Tuesday 24^th October 2023   (PM). The link will close on Friday 30th September 2023 . If your child has already had the Nasal Flu vaccine since Sept 2022 please disregard this message.
