VE Day
VE day marks the day in World War II that Britain accepted Germany’s surrender and fighting ceased. At 3pm, on 8th May 1945, after almost 6 years of fighting, Prime Minister Winston Churchill made an announcement that the war had ended.

Phonics

Reminder: We have added RWI sound flashcards to the page dated (20.4.20) so you can keep practising at home.
